Cozy Apartment (JANNA)

The location is very convenient, apartment was clean, the owner is extremely helpful and respectful. The apartment has all the basic living necessities required, like ACs, heaters, cleaning detergents, even complementary snacks and water in the fridge :) The owner would occasionally proactively call and check if we needed anything.

Very easy to get the keys, he was very reachable and once we arrived we found him there

Apartment is nice and clean, looks the same as on the pictures. Calm area.

No restaurants or cafes nearby, you need to take a taxi anywhere you want to go. There is a high voltage wire close to the building. AC heater does not work so the apartment is quite cold during winter. There is a camera above the entrance door and the owner is checking any movements (which is a violation of privacy)
