Always Easy I San Blas

Roligt kvarter, dejlig rummelig lejlighed. Vi var glade for vaskemaskinen og tørremulighed ude! Fint køkken med alt hvad man havde brug for. Dejlig bruser med masser af varmt vand :-)

Sengen var ikke komfortabel, alt for hård - det kunne let fikses med en god topmadras. Hovedpuderne var ikke gode, så vores søvn var ikke så god som vi havde forventet - øv. Sofa puderne lugtede dårligt, trænger nok til en vask…

Location, right on the edge of Zurriola beach, is fantastic, as is the local area, Gros. The apartment has great facilities, the bathroom and shower are really good and there was hot water at all times of the day. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped and had everything we needed. The open plan kitchen / seating area worked really well for 2 people and it was nice to have somewhere to relax. The area has so much to so - walks in the mountains, museums, Kursaal concert hall, the amazing beaches and the food is amazing. Would highly recommend.

Only a few things: There isn't a vent in the bathroom so it could feel a bit damp at times in the apartment after we'd taken showers. There is a window, which when we were in could be left open but obviously had to be closed when we were out. A plug in the kitchen sink would have been useful and would have saved water when washing up.

Super Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Das Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Fenster zum Hausflur und ist dadurch recht dunkel.

The apartment was really nice and new and not too badly equipped, a couple of large mugs needed and more cutlery and large plates and other things that if the owners spent some time in there they would equip it better. We loved the location as it was amongst the lovely local people, no tourists and very quiet. Very close to the beach via the access lift on the beachfront which we found. Great local restaurants right down the front and a good local surfer vibe. Overall we liked the place and it seems pretty new so hopefully will learn from reviews and improve.

The lock system, all on the phone cost us a lot of time, couldn't get in for half an hour initially and with a 4pm check in which is unreasonably late for anywhere. Inevitably the Internet went down which meant we couldn't get into the apartment at all, fortunately it wasn't after surfing and we wouldn't have had our mobiles or who knows. The member of staff came down with a physical key, which I asked for when we initially checked in but that wasn't passed on, but we lost the sun and the tide and our day was gone. No WiFi and TV for 36hrs, on the only day we wanted TV as it was pouring. Nice staff came again with an engineer and finally got it repaired. We were there for 7 nights, there was only 2 of the cheapest smallest toilet rolls provided, no washing up liquid and limited other consumables for the price. Mattress was very hard and plastic mattress covers are a no no in any climate. Pretty new place so room for improvement.

It was really nice to explore an area that we didn’t know! We’ve been to San Sebastián a few times but never really went to this part of it and we really enjoyed it. The apartment was everything we needed, and our host was really helpful and a very good communicator too.

Spacious, modern and clean apartment. Large bathroom. Full range of appliances. Minutes from the beach.

The bed squeaked when you turned. The mattress was too hard, and you could feel the springs through the top layers of fabric. I expect a better standard of bed for 189 euros a night. Getting access to the apartment via an app was not easy the first time you tried it. It would have been better if somebody could have met us at the apartment to show us the process. We arrived at 3:50pm and couldn't get access. We had to phone, only to be told that access could not be given until 4:00pm. This was unnecessarily frustrating. There is no on-site parking, and the nearest car park is a 10 minute walk away. I had to phone and ask where the nearest car park was.

It is on a lovely quiet street with no traffic and just one row back from the Gros beach. Inside it is really clean , comfortable and modern and has everything you would need. Staff were so helpful and provided great info about the apartment and the area . I would recommend it 100% and so glad I picked it for our stay in San Sebastián

Bed is very uncomfortable and old. We couldn’t sleep well throughout our entire stay The toilette smells very bad because the window is looking into a courtyard and doesn’t get fresh air from outside. It is the same with bedroom, you can not get fresh air into the bedroom. Don’t expect complimentary coffee or tea. You need to bring everything !
