solo me gusto la ubicación del hotel

el personal de servicio de recepción, dejamos el auto en el estacionamiento que tienen como convenio y tardaron más de una hora en entregarlo sin darnos razón del por que no lo entregaban, adicional que nos hicieron esperar 30mins para realizar el checkout por que no se encontraba NADIE en el hotel

Read the reviews - the “hot tub” is a filthy bathtub that they offer “to heat up” IF you ask - which takes 8-12 hrs so why bother…see my photos of the dirt gathered in the glass bottom …the hotel photos are not representative of the place. Our reservation check-out time was 1pm yet housekeeping let themselves in at 11 and we had to argue about this - I checked my res and it had been changed to 12! I mssgd the WhatsApp number (very spotty attention to this also btw) and they argued w me about checkout - even tho I sent them my original screenshot of the res showing 1pm they just wanted to shove us out asap. Buyer Beware.

El lugar muy lindo y la atención adecuada

No nos gustó que decía Adultos Only pero se quejaron por unos niños en la terraza, al parecer hijos del dueño.

No dishes for the microwave or coffee maker

The location is great. Close to the core practically in the core of the historic district. The owner Arturo and all his staff are great. I am disappointed I have to complain because they are greaT PEOPLE. But what's the use of reviews if they aren't honest?

It advertises pool and hot tub. Which was critical in our booking process. Arrived to find a rooftop stainless steel 6 person hot tub they claimed was the pool. So where's the hot tub? "That's it but it not working right now."AND It was filthy. Arturo did his best to clean it but we could not do our water workouts in it. TOOOO small. Also, I know this is a boutique hotel, but waiting 5 minutes for hotwater in the AM... Not right. AND It was cold in the AM. Yes it was late January, but the windows did not seal properly. We finally discovered the spare blanket hidden in the armoire our last two nights.

La casa es muy bonita, mantiene el estilo colonial y cuida los detalles. El servicio es agradable y tiene cortesía de consumir en su cafetería.

La ubicación, por la parada de autobuses que genera ruido, sobre todo en la mañana que te despierta.

Great boutique hotel with all the Mexican charm you would want. Small balconies overlooking the park and cathedrals where you can let in the fresh cool air of SMA. Lovely roof top balcony with small bar and pool overlooking the city. The hosts were fantastic especially "Miguel" from San Miguel de Allende easy name for me to remember!!
