"Walk to CTICC, washer/dryer, great host"

Best price performance ratio for CTICC conference, walking distance, reasonably safe at night. Great, responsive, considerate host with washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, fridge.

The place was very nice and beautiful, our host was amazing. It is a 30 minutes walk to the waterfront, 10 minutes walk to the Cape Town station if you would like to use a train to go to the beach. Very peaceful at night. Close to the shops.

Location was good, place was safe and comfortable

The electricity was finished and it was very difficult to get the owner who was not picking up our calls nor responding to our messages, eventually we got him after an hour and he sent electricity token 30 minutes later after contacted him, It was dark.

We had a wonderful stay!The apartment was spotless,comfortable and looked exactly like the photos.The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night.This is definitely a great spot for a business/leisure trip.The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and there was a dedicated workspace that made it easy to get things done. The area is close to public transit.Highly recommend!
