Cosy North Wales 2 BEDROOM Chalet

The chalet was bigger than it looks in the pictures, everything was provided and it was a comfortable stay. You could smell that the place had been cleaned and the bed sheets were clean. An iron and ironing board is provided along with a hoover. The actual park is nice, has a bar with entertainment and a games room, there is a pool and a park plus a shop and cafe. I would definitely use this place again!

The shower in the chalet has a very small head on it and kept going hot and cold, I'm 6ft 1 and struggled with the shower. Some of the fixtures and fittings are worn,the curtain pole in the living room is clearly hanging off and you can see the cracks in the wall where it is screwed in. The top of the fridge was very dusty. The beading on the floor is very worn around the living room. Check the electric meter before you buy a card,we were there for 1 day and bought a £10 card before we went into the chalet, the electric meter already had £8 in it. Some of the light bulbs need replacing in the lounge and kitchen area.

The site was lovely. Pool lovely people friendly Cabin we stayed in had everything you needed and good location on the site

Unfortunately back bedroom door didn't lock felt overall cabin needed just a little TLC and outside area but it did have everything you required. If made more secure would book it again

The broken decking fence, the broken toilet seat, the broken radiator, the leaking shower, too afraid to close the curtains as the fixings were coming out, and the curtains in bedroom had backing missing, no bulbs in bedroom lamps, only one working bulb in living room lights, decking lights didn't work and no working battery in the clock

Great location and park with really good amenities. The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a nice part of the park.

It was a nice location and easy to find with a nice onsite restaurant The folder was full of great info.

The key safe wasn't where email said it would be but was easy to find. We weren't sure if should strip the beds or not as the instructors by door was a bit confusing as said to bag them but we couldn't find a bag.

It was clean and had just the right amount of facilities for us that we needed .

Its location is beautiful .
