The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The gas heater wasn’t working so maintenance came to help fix this

It was straightforward, instructions for check-in were clear. Host allowed us to check-in early which was nice. The place was clean, everything you need in the Kitchen were there. I recommend this place.

Only the internet was not working. Understandable with bad weather before we arrived.

When we got plates out they were wet the bedding was supposed to be white and was very gray the kettle was mouldy and couldn’t be used there were beetles in one of the single beds also it was wet my friend had to into another bed the carpet in the main room was dirty The owner contacted me for a £50 deposit he will not give it back to me he says i left dog poo all over on the grass rubbish in the place i left one bag of rubbish near the door to be taken by the cleaners he said i should have put it in the bin i saw no bin i am disabled i suppose he thought i should have taken it to the big bins it was too difficult for me he said there were dog hairs in the bed i was in however i sufferer of ADHD and he is a security dog for me also the bedding would have been washed I also suffer from major anxiety I thought it unusual for him to contact me for more money i would like to make a complaint
