Vista Mare Apartment 5

Great location, right next to very nice beaches, some restaurants and a shop (really great location if wanting a beach holiday close to Olbia). There was everything you need to cook and eat (except a wine opener). Lovely views from the two balconies. Air con to keep us cool and a big bed.

Balconies could have been more comfortable with better seating or at least some cushions on the chairs/sofas and a small table. Two of the chairs were broken in the bottom. Air con was only in the lounge so bedroom got very warm in the night. The apartment was a bit run down and needed some work. Balcony door didn't lock. There were lots of small ants in the lounge.

Great location

Appartment seemed worn out, looks like they dont clean terrase, no pillows on chair outside. No kitchen towels and liquids to wash dishes. Many little things which make experience unfomfortable.

The place is very near the beach and it's true that you can see the sea from the terrace which was nice. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. There's a supermarket super close (5-10 min walking), and a bus stop.

It was just sad - the appartment could be amazing if the owners invested a little bit in furniture and renovating the place. The picture frames were broken, there's some weird spots on the walls, the shower seems either very old or infected with mold, the kitched seams were black. It's difficult to go in and out of Olbia. The bus comes only every 1.5h, and there's not service between 8PM to 8AM. Taxi the city or the airport costs around 35 to 50 euros oneway. So if you dont have a car, and you think that going to the beach is not the only thing you want to do, this might be difficult.
