The owner allowed me to check out later, and which was very helpful and also met me in the evening for check in

Very clean, near beach, bus station and supermarket (5-10 minutes).

Alessandro was so helpful and accommodating. The location is really good. Close to the AST bus stop, a supermarket & the beach. The breakfast was lovely and good coffee, too.

There was a bit of noise from the street outside during the night, but this was not too bad and beyond the control of the owner.

Lovely staff accommodating early check-in, breakfast with homemade cakes and nice service, cleaners very attentive and contacting us when we forgot something back at the hotel. The room was small but clean, quiet and relatively fresher. Only few minutes walking from a stunning sandy beach equipped with free showers.

Internet signal was a hit and miss and the room was quiet but had a balcony facing the internal area of the building so nothing would dry, regardless of the 35 degrees outside.
