Encantador piso en La Latina - Madrid Centro

Walking distance to most iconic locations and restaurants.

The owner wasn’t attentive to guests needs. Like no kitchen towels to use for wiping, not a single free condiments, only 3 spoons and 2 teaspoons despite having 6 guests. No dishwashing liquid. Only 2 toilet paper rolls for 2 nights. The hand washing liquid in the bathroom was almost empty that we had to add water on it. It was so hot and only have one air-con in the living room that cannot hold the heat. No fan for rooms. It was so hard communicating with the host despite saying that I don’t speak Spanish they kept on responding in spanish that I have to google translate.

Centrally located, comfortable beds, & good internet.

The apartment is basically falling apart. Missing lightbulbs, doorframes about to fall off, chairs and sofas that are on their last legs… all of these are hazards. There were dishes still in the dishwasher & cups that weren’t clean in the cupboard. A random towel cloth in the shower and hairs. This place has certainly seen better days. Lastly and most importantly, the A/C sucks. It keeps the living room “cool” at BEST. If you’re in any other of the rooms, have fun sweating. Overflowing trash in the entryway of the building due to what I can only assume the entire building complex being short term rentals…

The accommodation was very spacious and the layout was good. Also it is located close to the center of Madrid, so everything was really accessible on foot.
