Communication from the owner, Claire, was excellent with a quick response to our questions we had. The parking was easy with plenty of space. We were given the key safe code and all was very straight forward, the property was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were provided with some biscuits and milk in the fridge which was a really nice touch. Only a few miles from Belvoir Castle and Melton Mowbray a great location. Thanks

Space available and contemporary design and decor

Bed could be more comfortable and larger given the space available. We arrived late evening on a cold night the heating was off and took some time to heat up maybe leave heating on low prior to guest arrival

"Beautiful location/setting, very clean and spacious! The perfect little home from home"

This property is beautiful! It was very clean, very homely and plenty of space for our little family of 4 for the night. The Host had thought of everything, including milk in the fridge and some cereal for the morning! It was perfect and we would highly recommend!

The room was really clean and well equipped. The host was easy to contact and answered questions promptly

It would have been nice to have a place to eat our food eg a dining table or breakfast bar with 4 chairs. It would also be nice to have a little outdoor space
