Great location for us, comfortable, warm. The heating was on when we arrived, so it was very welcoming. They sent WiFi password in message before arrival. Would be handy to get info for check-in on whatsapp as well. International travellers have no data to check booking.com and for me whatsapp messages checked more and received in airport when arrived at Stansted.

Beds too soft. No hand towels. No wardrobe or hangers. No teabags, coffee or sugar supplied. I would suggest, a welcome note to let people know where heating is so it can be turned down easily.
