When we stayed they had only begun as a homestay. Positives was the room had 2 large double beds which were spacious. Great air con and smart TV for our kid to watch YouTube in the evenings was great. Extra towels given when asked was great. The location was convenient as we had a car. 5 minutes drive to sunset town and the beach. With some improvements in housekeeping this could be a really great affordable accommodation.

The linen wasn't great on one of the beds. I think the housekeeping hair was all over it. When we asked for fresh ones they were provided no problem. It was strange that there was a lot of old things belonging to other people. I suggest doing a big clean up. There was toothbrushes, flip flops, clothes in the wardrobe etc the beds were way too hard and had this really strange plastic over them. Other guests we spoke to struggled with the beds being too hard but my husband liked the hard bed so it's down to preference.

Very comfortable, very clean, very friendly staff, honestly everything was perfect for its price

the only drawback was the location, its near the prison (museum) so even drivers were confised

- Relatively quiet location, if cleaning woman will not wake you up in morning. Far from "ant-house" of Duong Dong area. - This is very new house. We were almost the first customers. So, rooms don't have mold, ants, etc. which is common in Vietnamese hotels. - There is big kitchen which can be used for cooking

- Sometimes cleaning woman created noise early in morning - Beds are quite tough, but far from being the toughest I used in Vietnam :)

I was over charged from booking price then she knocks on my door 8:45 am and tells me to leave at 9am she has new guest coming at 10am
