The location was good, the garden was nice, everything was more or less clean and the room was spacious.

The bath had to be shared (although the description in booking.com said "priavte bathroom"), the door to the bath/toilet could not be closed properly and everyone passing by outside the door could see you sitting on the "throne" or showering in the bath tub... The three dogs were barking a lot and you need to be a dog lover or at least not being scared of dogs to feel comfortable there. Payment with credit card was NOT possible. The description in booking.com says "bar" but you can't even get drinking water there.
