Good central location.

1. Kitchen is not usable: there was an espresso manual boiler full of rust and maybe 30 years old; pots full of rust and/or various deposits from old age. No possibility to cook in them safely. 2. Bathroom was unsanitary: mold and rust ariund the bathtub makes one wonder if one catches any diseases from there. Really old and extremely worn out toilet seat, needs urgent replacement. 3. The entire apartment is in need if an urgent refurbishing and upgrade. The furniture looks used, insude doors are decrepit, there are stains on the floor from old age, in spite that it seemed to have been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. 4. Rooftop pool really needs maintenance, looks similarly unattented like the rest of the apartment. You get pool chairs to take up to the roof, but these too look like they have been used for many years now. Upon arrival we just couldn’t stay in this place, having concerns about the mold and rust impacting our safety, so we decided to leave and find different accomodation. Totally unacceptable and unsanitary conditions in our opinion.

We were met by Cristina, a lovely helpful lady. The apartment has everything you could need and was in the old quarter of Jerez. There is a little general shop nearby and is just a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Jerez is lovely - we were there for the Feria, which was fantastic. We would certainly go there again.

We cannot think of anything negative at all.

Hostess was in touch via Whatsapp on the day of our arrival, and then showed us around and explained it all very well ( inspite of the language barrier. )

We were not informed that the square was dug up on route so were delayed finding an alternative way.

Location is perfect as the property is just 10 mins walk from the centre where you can find plenty options of restaurants, cafes, entertainment and transport stops if you need.

The parking site in the building is very tight and the streets to get to it are very narrow. There is also a little noise during the night from the people walking by the apartment
