Breathtaking views of the Smokies, 3 mins to Gatlinburg

Read above comments. The bear's are living in the basement of the house next door. Update: I have spoken with Patrick and animal control and the police were called and he informed me that they have taken care of the bears living in the basement next door. I'm assuming that they are gone, and the door has been closed so they can't get back in. It's expected to see bears, so be aware of your surroundings, don't leave anything in your vehicles. Make sure that you lock them, and carry something that makes a loud noise, to try and scare them away before going outside. Never get between cubs and the Mama. Blowing your horn helps scare bears and other animals. I removed my earlier response, because he confirmed that they have taken care of it. It is a beautiful cabin, pool table was broken and the lamp shade in the basement is sitting on the bulb. They need bigger street signs and lights above them, getting to it in the dark.

View was great. Cabin was clean. Beds were so comfy! The air worked GREAT!

The door to the bedroom & bathroom downstairs doesn’t lock, so anyone could walk in on you. WiFi wasn’t the best, we kept trying to watch YouTube but it wouldn’t do anything but load. But could be because the tv wasn’t a smart TV. Hot tub temp was a little weird to adjust.

I loved the location, and the pool table was a fun addition. The beds were clean and very comfortable.

The hot tub looked a little nasty we were scared to get in unfortunately. We decided to try the master bedroom tub to soak in but the buttons were broken 😞. For the price we were really hoping everything was clean and in working order.

The cleanness of the property

First day we got there ac was working but supper cold So we cut it off went out for dinner Come back and it would never turn back on Contacted property said there was nothing he can do to follow day So we went 12 hr with no ac and cabin got to 78 degrees

The cabin was beautiful, well stocked with towels, trash bags, and games. The location was excellent!!
