Breathtaking views of the Smokies, 3 mins to Gatlinburg

Location was great...

Fire place did not work and we fixed it and the same with the hot tub

Fantastic location and the cabin was absolutely beautiful! Everything else was wonderful!

Only complaint we had was the grill, it was rusted and unable to be use.

Location was perfect,cabin was clean and spacious,views were fantastic

Cable TV was not working when we got there,but the owner got it fixed asap

5 out of 5 stars. Would stay here again and recommend it to others. Wonderful place in a gorgeous location. Remote enough to be away from the downtown intensity but short enough drive that it was still easily accessible. Host was attentative and helped make sure our stay was enjoyable. Place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. Stunning views and cozy atmosphere. We made excellent family memories during our stay.

Our only real complaint was it wasn't baby or toddler friendly. No baby/toddler items provided. No baby proofing considerations. The steep stairs inside were scary and hard to block off without blocking access to the bedroom and upstairs bathroom. A baby gate and a full handle railing on the bedroom wall side would really reduce the risk of a catastrophic injury. There's a partial railing on the floating wall side but it was loose and wobbly. Minor items: Hot tub was confusing to use. Turns out it was in sleep mode and set to 75. Host helped us the next day so we could enjoy it for the next few nights. There was a very dirty and used sponge left for use with scrubbing dishes. We replaced it ourselves. Some dishes in cupboards looked maybe cleaned in the dishwasher but still had food particles stuck on them. We scrubbed them ourselves and reran through the dishwasher. No dish towels and no dish drying mat. Cupboards were stuffed to the brim with dishes and cookware. We had no place to put groceries and have useable surface area for meal prep.

We couldn’t get the fire place going but there were instructions to call Maintenance but we just Let it be

Loved the cleanliness and size of cabin and location

Televisions were not working , never was fixed hot tub was. Not working however they did fix the Second day There was a hole in the ground bY step to porch we almost fell into was covered by rug. That were the major things. I really feel I didn't get all I was told I was to get and should ha e been compensated.?? We were on vacation should not have had any worries.the owners were really nice to speak too. That keeper me happy
