Honestly, the house is very dirty. The roof bedroom’s bed was wet with bloody stain. It is disgusting and unacceptable. Kitchen utensils and oven were dirty too. Dishwasher’s soap doesn’t find.

Pillows too thin not enough, not enough towels, hob didnt work, didnt know how to use shower as was boiling hot. Dishes and cutlery left in dishwasher and oven trays too were filthy. One shower was grubby. Upstairs had to k eel to sit on toilet.

There was next to no kitchen stuff, no knives, pizza cutter, or scissors. The oven had seen better days, so was hard to cook anything good anyway. When I contacted the owners, I got completely ignored about the lack of utensils Could smell cigarette smoke when we came in. Carpet tacks are sticking up on stairs, We were constantly hurt by them Got hit on the head by the hoover as it was poorly put away
