no breakfast but good kitchen facilities

checking in was an issue five times repeated that we needed to place our passports online other wise he would not pass they keys code to us?? after full day of travelling this is not what you expect.. Also check out before checked out some body with his key opens the doors and walked in!!! from the door without even asking us. This is an unrespectful attitude. I had to ask him to leave the house immediately. He just left his staff bags computers some filthy plastic bags etc and walked out but we were intimidated by his presence. balcony needs painting as it is rusty and full of dust while charging the room 80 euro to charge for cleaning 89 euro was also surprise during the booking process
