Location and welcome gifts.

On the first day, the water was running really slowly, so it wasn't possible to shower. I woke up at 7:30 this morning to some noise from the apartment next door. There's an issue with the apartment's wastewater drain. There's a constant sewage smell in the house. It's not a good fit for a family. Both windows of the apartment overlook the building's common area.
