Nice, clean and cozy apartment in a convenient location! The owner responded quickly when I had a question and there were no problems overall. Close to a great cafe, bus stops and a grocery store. Would recommend especially for solo travelers since it's on the smaller side but two people would probably also fit comfortably.

The only downside is that you can hear planes flying overhead since it's pretty close to the airport. It can get a bit annoying at night but not a big deal for heavy sleepers.

La casa è piccolina, ma funzionale. Molto pulita, in un’ottima posizione , a metà tra aeroporto e il centro di Corfù . La comunicazione con la padrona di casa è eccellente. È possibile effettuare il self check-in quindi non ci saranno problemi a qualunque ora arriviate . Per me è stato un piacevole soggiorno e consiglio l’appartamento.

The old women who owns the place and her granddaughter were very lovely, sweet, and apologetic.

I made the reservation a week or two before arriving. At that time I paid the full amount including all listed taxes and fees. Then a few days before I arrived, I got an email through booking called (in the subject line) “a response to my enquiry” and (in the first line of the email) an “information request.” I had made no enquiry and the email requested no information from me. It was a strange message saying that the fee “would be” 42 euro more. I’ll post the message below. I researched the relevant laws and there was no new legislation between when I booked the place and when I arrived. The legislation was from the previous year. This bizarre request for money was a warning sign. The owner doesn’t manage the bookings. She uses a company for that. I communicated with this company. They sent me a completely wrong location for the apartment, and an incomplete address on top of that. I struggled to find the place even with the help of many locals. The company was very responsive when I contacted them, but it was too late. I arrived and met the owner, who had no idea about any of this. She also had no idea what the WiFi password or network was. She was very sweet, but my stay was ideal. The building was surprisingly noisy. There is blind a mentally handicapped old lady who sits on the stairs all day every day, always in the same pajamas and bathrobe. She does not speak English, and she does not stop speaking Greek when she hears you. She talks and asks many questions and doesn’t even stop when you leave. It’s a strange environment. Sometimes there wasn’t water, sometimes there wasn’t electricity. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here even if it were free. We loved the location and coziness of the house! The best choice!!

It was not easy to find a place using their address and google maps. I had to ask people on the street and show them the picture of the place. Then I had to look for the door with the key in the lock, which wasn't difficult, but a bit challenging
