Stanza troppo calda.C'era un piccolo condizionatore che non riusciva a rinfrescare nemmeno la stanza dove era situato.Due ventilatori che muovevano solo aria già calda. Posizione scomoda da raggiungere e solo a piedi e la macchina dovevo parcheggiarla lungo la strada principale con disagio ad attraversare la stessa per il traffico assurdo .Ripida salita per arrivare davanti al cancello della casa e con le valigie ombrelloni alla mano rimaneva troppo scomodo.Esperienza negativa

Casa in posizione per nulla comoda... Strada strettissima, un' utilitaria ci passa a fatica. Parcheggio non utilizzabile Distanza dal madre 450mt neanche lontanamente per non parlare poi della ripida salita che ti attende al ritorno. Giardino della casa poco curato. Casa senza clima mansardata no comment... Alcuni momenti sembrava una sauna... Sinceramente prezzo troppo alto per i servizi e la struttura in genere. Molto delundente.

Finestra sopra al letto senza possibilità di essere oscurata che ha impedito la dormita. Da sistemare assolutamente. Acqua non potabile non dichiarata tale. Parcheggio distante dall'alloggio, necessaria salita non indifferente. Prese per i ventilatori non adatte e non utilizzabili.

Great place with stunning views. Lovelly garden, perfect for relaxation. Very nice apartament in a beautifull Villa. Nice and convenient location. Close to the center and the beach. Fully equipped.

As it's the attic, there were some Hot moments. But it's normal and we were ready for it.

The accommodation is truly beautiful, as is the yard. BUT, it’s only beautiful if you’re willing to pay to stand in front of the house, waiting for another guest to let you in. LUCKILY, there were other guests inside, and they were very kind. For three nights, we couldn’t open the house door. For three nights, we TRIED to explain to the owner that the problem was with the LOWER lock, not the UPPER one. Yes, they did answer our calls, but it was impossible to explain that the door simply couldn’t be opened. Yup, they sent a maintenance , but in response, we received a video of him unlocking the upper lock, which was never the issue in the first place. I also believe that the maintenance damaged the lower lock mechanism, because on the third night, even the guy who was inside couldn’t open the door anymore. Okay, the house is very old, but if you are renting it out, things need to function properly. I was promised a refund of €64, which is simply disgraceful. I never received the refund, and when I called the owner, she told me she had no idea what I was talking about. Shameful. This is absolutely unacceptable.
