"Very Good"

Loved the view from the room, high ceiling and the layout of the room. Very nice and also comfy.

Improvements to bathroom, add some extractors to eliminate dampness and moldy smell.

Security was good Parking spacious Friendly staff Safe area

Photoshop use to over sell the unit, construction work in area woke me up early mornings of the week. Crockery Items broken and chipped. Finishes of the apartment were rushed. Not value for money in my opinion Managing agency was terrible, threaten with eviction due to paperwork not been done. Didn't appreciate this and Propr didn't even follow up after complaint.

Excellent location. Walking distance to shops and bars and clubs.

The shower is terrible, and aircons need to be fixed or replaced, or controllers need to be provided for the aircons. Couldn't use them at all.
