Ella, Nine Glow Resort

Nice and clean. Very cute dog!

Great value for money and easy to get into Ella (a 5 min tuk tuk ride). Room was a good size and really comfortable. Hasindu was really responsive and helpful with laundry, tuk tuks etc.

All communication is over WhatsApp which is fine but made the hotel feel a bit clinical. There is also no housekeeping throughout your stay.

The rooms were large, comfortable, stylish and impeccably clean! I was so impressed with Nine Glow resort! It is a short ride into ella main town but far enough away to be perfectly quiet at night with lovely views.

Super friendly and helpful staff, very responsive on WhatsApp to our qs, super clean room and it’s a proper building so insects can’t come in if you’re susceptible to bites like me Great value for money if you need a safe, clean base from which to explore Ella It’s a short tuk tuk ride or walk from Ella town which is nice as I think staying there would be very noisy

On one of the nights we stayed there we could hear loud noises made by the monkeys on the tin roof outside (this is a general feature of staying in Ella of course I guess) - was very quiet the other night though!

The staff is very welcoming and kind, room was clean with comfortable mattresses. Nothing to complain about. Location is a bit outside of Ella, however this didn’t bother us.. there are always Tuktuks passing by at the main road that you can take (price range between 500 to 1000 SRL - subject to your negotiation skills)

Family run business. Breakfast is limited. However enough to get you off to a good start. Place very clean. Easy ride by Tuk Tuk to city. Very vibrant at night with bars and food. Just abt 1.5km.

Water pressure is very low. No hairdryer, kettle, coffee etc in rooms. However, I am sure they would have provided had it being requested.

Had a nice stay at Nine Glow Resort. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood about 4 km from the centre of Ella. Hasindu was a wonderful host and took care of our requests right away. Overall a very pleasant experience!
