Excellent location. A 2 minute walk to the heart of Catania. Helpful host. The property was very clean.

The room is very central for a walk around the city. It took me about 25 mins to walk to beach and about 15 mins to walk to supermarket. McDonald’s about 5 mins away. Host responsive to messages and easy check in at 2am. The room itself is well contained and Wi-Fi works great.

No microwave. I had pop corn I wanted to make. Gutted. Shower runs out of hot water after 4 mins on average so showers are for cleaning not enjoying! Quite a bit of noise from the side of property but none from the front. And those bloody air fresheners, they are the loudest things as the automatically spray every now and then. Woke me up in a panic one morning.

Apartment was well thought out, everything we needed, fantastic location and we'll insulated from outside noise with metal doors outside and double glazed doors on inside, great ventilation to the internal courtyard as well. The Crispelleria Mazzone on the corner is something not to miss, best sweet treat I've had the whole trip, try with fresh racota. Parking was easy and location very Central.

Bed perfect for my wife but a bit soft for me but did not stop me getting good night's sleep.

-disgusting room: dirty floor, dusty furniture, uncleaned sheets, insects found in the bathroom (ants, cockroaches and mosquitoes) -awful sewage smell inside the room all day long -missing private parking spot although in the announcement it was mentioned a " free parking". The only nearby parking was 500 m away and definitely not free of charge. The costs were huge and sometimes even that was full -disrespectful hosts who refused to answer the phone (conversation accepted only via WhatsApp in a poor English) -infernal noise from outside (poorly isolated building with a high seismic risk) -missing toiletries and missing coffee cans although in the announcement it was mentioned they should be provided free of charge

The b&b is truly just a step away from the city center, just as the name suggests. The b&b has everything you need, a kitchen, an Italian espresso machine, and everything is very well maintained. Check-in and checkout are easily possible with the smart lock. Due to personal reasons, we had to leave much earlier than expected and the owners, without even asking, offered to refund us one day of the rental. It was not expected given the short notice, we can only thank them and hope to come back soon to their welcoming b&b!

Nothing really, all was just good.

Good, very clean, in the center, close to the bus station. We liked that we had a coffee machine in the room and was extremely convenient to reach, get in and get out. Communication with the host was promptly.

Everything is fine, new and well configured in the apartment. Super clean and very easy to check in. Highly recommended!

I couldn't find hanger for clothes :) not crucial. All Good
