La pulizia purtroppo… i bagni erano in condizioni pessime

Appartamento grande per 6 persone, con letti molto comodi. Ampio spazio esterno privato. Piscina e campi da tennis del residence. Grande disponibilità dei proprietari a risolvere immediatamente i problemi che abbiamo riscontrato.

L'appartamento è grande e c'è tanto spazio per 6 persone ma necessità di manutenzione. Molte prese elettriche sono danneggiate e la maniglia interna della porta di ingresso sarebbe da sostituire, tanto è che non l'abbiamo mai usata per paura che ci rimanesse in mano, aprendo sempre la porta con un mezzo giro di chiave. Alcuni accessori elencati su booking erano mancanti (es asciugacapelli, abbiamo avvisato e subito i proprietari ne hanno fornito uno). Il problema più grande però riguarda gli armadi delle camere da letto. Sono armadi del tipo incassato a parete ma le ante praticamente non si muovono. Sono difficilissime da aprire e, se riesci a spostarle per mettere i vestiti non si muovono più. Siamo riusciti a aprirle per mettere i nostri vestiti ma poi non siamo più riusciti a muoverle, con il risultato di avere i vestiti bloccati all'interno e irraggiungibili. Abbiamo contattato i proprietari che hanno mandato subito l'assistenza. Risolto il problema liberando l'accesso a metà armadio, per evitare ulteriori scocciature, non abbiamo più spostato nulla e abbiamo lasciato metà armadio aperto per tutta la vacanza. Si tratta di un problema talmente grande e evidente che ci è parso stranissimo il fatto che nessun ospite si sia mai lamentato prima, o che non sia stato individuato dall'impresa di pulizia. Non puliscono gli armadi all'interno? Insomma, l'appartamento è bello e spazioso ma richiederebbe (tenendo presente il prezzo, non carissimo ma sicuramente non economico) manutenzione e cura. Voglio comunque evidenziare che i proprietari, una volta segnalati i problemi, sono intervenuti subito con grande disponibilità.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the window and the balcony were beautiful. The place is spacious, and the complex has two pools with plenty of sunbeds and lots of space around. The location is convenient, especially if you have a car. We never had any problems with parking. Overall, it’s a great option for a family holiday. Highly recommended!

Apartment is spacious Patio area is huge and comfortable Mattresses are very comfortable Kitchen is good and the washing machine is a useful thing to have.

I regret booking this apartment. Right from the moment we entered the apartment the internet didn't work. It clearly hadn't been checked since the previous guests stayed. As a result we couldn't watch Netflix or YouTube to enjoy some English channels. I do understand some situations are beyond the owners control and we were very understanding. In fact we waited in twice for the engineer to try and fix it, and I had over 20 separate conversations with the host via WhatsApp whilst they sorted it out. It took them until our sixth day to mend it. We were only staying seven nights. Now this is all fine. Myself and my four friends staying are all reasonable people - however I didn't take a holiday in Tenerife to wait in for a WiFi engineer. I asked for a partial refund - the reaction I got was shocking and rude. They simply aren't accepting any responsibility for the lack of WiFi. They said 'excuse me, but it's beyond are control'. That may well be the case, but they are hosts, who should have done the right thing and reimbursed us something. Let me be clear here - they didn't even have the decency to apologise. Not one simple 'we are sorry'. Now of course it's not the biggest thing in the told to have no WiFi but we wouldn't have booked had it not. We paid for something we didn't get, and any decent host would apologise and reimburse something. I have also been a host on b.com with my own property and know lots of others hosts. All would have apologised and refunded something. These hosts are in the wrong and acted badly and I have no respect for them. Our holiday was not what we paid for. I write all this mostly for their benefit and hope they read it and can learn from it. Aside from the WiFi, the pool is freezing in January. The sea is much warmer. So if booking in the cooler months don't expect to be using the pool. The pillows are dreadful.

Ottima posizione parcheggio disponibile sulla strada nonostante il parcheggio privato host molto molto disponibile e carina

la casa necessita di qualche miglioria sopratutto nelle camere da letto, non era presente un tavolo in casa per cenare ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con un tavolo da terrazzo senza neanche una tovaglia che poi ci ha fornito l'host al momento della richiesta

Susana, the host was very nice and cooperative person, she even allowed us for late check out as it was new years eve and we need an extra hour to pack everything after the long night celebration. She even tried her best to get us the apartmnet ready to do the early check in, but my family decided to spend more time in Siam mall. We did not have time to go to the swimming pool that was looking beautiful from the large balcony with the sea view as well. 2 bathrooms for a group of 7 adults was not the best practice to us but if you manage the time and queue to use them then it will be more than fine, in general I would highly recommend it. If you have a car, then it is very easy to get to the complex which is not so far from Los Cristianos, and guess what? you have a parkign lot too, and dont worry if you have a big car you can easily park it out side as plenty of parking lots are available. Dont you even bother your self to bring your shampoo, soap, conditioner or towels... everything is there and in good conditions.

To be honest..... nothing at all, actually I wished we could extended an extra night but was already booked.

Parking privé indiqué sur le descriptif alors qu'il fallait se garer dans la rue. Ne le sachant pas, on a été bloqué plusieurs heures en attendant qu'un autre propriétaire arrive. Manque info sur quelle porte correspond à l'appartement (à rajouter dans vidéo) donc besoin de tester toutes les portes pour connaître la bonne. Pas d'info pour le départ où on laisse les clés. Ajouter piscine sur l'étiquette, avec tennis, ... Horaires piscine trop limités compatible avec visite de l'île.

Ottima posizione, piscine molto belle. L'appartamento pulito e ben organizzato. Lo Staff molto gentile e risponde sempre ai messaggi.

Cuando llegamos la primera impresión fue buena pero a medida que fuimos viendo el apartamento necesita una manita de pintura y una limpieza había varias telas de araña, las terrazas estaban llenas de tierra nosotros mismos le dimos manguera.
