"2 night stay for NEC"

Good location, handy for NEC. Clean and lots of space. Parking off road right outside.

Very unwelcoming. Freezing cold on arrival, no instruction for how to put heating on, or anything else. No welcome pack or book. Had to contact owner many times, then finally got heating on and couldn't turn it off. Very temperamental. Overall functional, not homely.

"Good location, spacious house."

Easy access to NEC and shops. Good off-road parking and quiet area.

The kitchen was a little short on basic utensils, including cutlery, wine glasses, and oven trays. Nothing that a bit of shopping couldn't be easily remedied. The garden could be lovely with a bit of a tidy up, and unfortunately, we struggled to warm the house up even with turning the thermostat to full, maybe a simple thing like the radiators need bleeding. Hopefully, this is taken as positive feedback rather than as a complaint, as it's a great little house!
