The property was great and clean. I wish there were instructions for the oven as the buttons were worn out and hard to tell what temp we were cooking at. The lounge was comfortable and the bed rooms were nice as well as the dining room. The neighbors were friendly and waved and the area was lovely. And host was very kind and left a nice welcome package <3

Instructions on oven operating. Update the WiFi information in the main book I think it’s out of date and not correct. Bathroom upstairs old and dated but functional.

Very clean and well equipped accommodation, a welcome hamper with wine and snacks and essentials in the fridge was a very nice touch, if your going to stay in this area stop looking this is the one 👍

location was perfect we wanted to go somewhere quiet for a last minute break from life and the house was great , the beds where really comfy and it has everything you need

Beautifully kept and decorated cottage with lots of thoughtful additions. The gift basket and milk in the fridge were gratefully received and enjoyed. Hosts were friendly and responsive in all communication. Beautiful and quiet location.

"Great stay for Peak District walking."

Beautiful well.kept and clean cottage barn. Complimentary basket of wine, crisps and chocolate was a lovely surprise. Bath towels and complimentary toiletries provided. In a quiet location with views of fields, only 10.min drive to local amenities and local pub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Would definitely stay again as a base for walks in the Peak District.
