Very well equipped property placed in quiet area,modern and refreshed design, very clean, lovely fireplace with some logs especially made our stay nice and cosy. WiFi with no problem as well as phone reception. Nice comfy beds, 3 x bathrooms - more than expected for 8x people.

The house was beautiful, very clean, modern. Perfect location, the best beach just 10 miles away, pure white sand and clear water. Lots of castles/stately homes to visit within a short drive.

"Newly decorated cottage in rural location."

The cottage has been recently renovated, and is in excellent repair. It was extremely clean, with comfortable furnishings and beds. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent, and there are very good kitchen and utility facilities. Beautiful views from the windows, and dark skies for looking at the stars. A good location for accessing various places on the Moray coast.

There was not bedding for all of the beds, though we had contact to let us know how to get more bedding. There are no blinds or curtains on the upstairs windows, making it very bright in there in the mornings. In the summer, this would be much more problematic. There is not enough seating at the table or cutlery for 8 people, despite being advertised as sleeping 8. A cafetiere would be useful, we made coffee in a pan and sieve. There is not any furniture in the sun room, although it was too cold to use this space when we were visiting. We couldn't also find the correct outside bins. One bin there has been blown over and there was refuse blown through the garden grounds. This will be a great holiday cottage, but needs a few things finishing. Thanks for a lovely stay though!
