JOMSTAY - Horizon Suites Ipoh Town Skypool

It is nice apartament. Very clean and comfortable. Good location :)

Location is not too far from the town centre. There is a security guard and the place is secured.

The studio is too compact. There is no curtains for the bathroom windows as it gets very hot most of the time. There's no powerpoint in the laundry section or bathroom, and no rack to hang the towels. There's is minimum hangers, only 3 pieces! The kitchen is not well-equipped - 1 mug, 2 glasses, 1 big plate, 1 small bowl, 1 big bowl, a basic pot and fry pan. It's like a "couldn't be bother attitude"!The Management should make a point to ensure sufficient basic crockery for 2 adults.

Nice set-up with living area, a bigger kitchen, a washing machine and 2 big beds in master bedroom.

The high chairs cushions needs replacing as there are stains and some holes. The second bathroom needs some work to be done. For example, at the door base, the wood is rotting and there is no shower curtain which makes the whole bathroom wet.

L'alarme incendie qui se déclenche à 2h du matin, et qui ne sera coupée qu'après l'arrivée des pompiers 1h plus tard. Aucune consignes de sécurité, aucune information sur la présence effective d'un danger, l'agent de sécurité semblait complètement perdu et ne savait pas quoi faire. Il est noté dans l'annonce qu'un service de blanchisserie est disponible en supplément, mais impossible de trouver des indications quant à son emplacement.

This is my 4th stay with Jomstay at Horizon, Ipoh. As always , the apartment is very clean and comfortable. The self check in instructions are clear and easy to follow. The management is very responsive and quick to act if there's any issues. The kitchen is complete with clean pots and pans and nice sets of plates , bowls , mugs and glasses. I am happy to come and stay again.

All okay for a short stay.
