"COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF THERE IS NO HIDDEN FEE- PARKING!"

LOCATION

PARKING IS AN ISSUE. WE WERE MADE TO PAY P300 PER DAY, THIS WAS NOT CLARIFIED IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT! EVEN IN THE EXCHANGE OF MESSAGES, I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT PARKING SPACE IS FOR A FEE!!!

"Disappointed by cleanliness and no cot when advert offered a guaranteed cot"

It was quiet apart from the elevator continuously operating all night - and location was good as we didn’t want to be in town centre. Owner discover talk to us when we complained about the missing cot and we did agree a small refund but that didn’t help much give we had a baby that needed a cot which was the main reason we chose that apartment.

False advertising and lies. The advert said “2 baby cots always available” and had a tick box to ask for a cot which I ticked. Upon checkin no cots available and lady at desk and owner said no cots are ever available. Also advertised as 35sqm but it’s actually 28sqm. Bathroom was dirty with a lot of old dust and smelled bad.

The suite was clean. Vilma was very accomodating given our check in time. Nice view of Baguio from the balcony. The sheets and towels smell so good too!

There was a funky smell to the elevator but other than that it was a great stay.

"great place for shopping and dining"

Nice room, spacious, and had everything we needed. Lived up to the expectations. I walked around and even though I did not use the pool, it did look good. Noticed there was also a sauna. We enjoyed the malls nearby. so many dining options at the attached mall!

Check in at the counter was so much paperwork, though the owner of the room cannot do anything about that. This much paperwork is over the top, its so much that you start to wonder if you should bring legal representation to fill in the paperwork. I guess for long term renters it makes sense, but for a couple of days it does not. I hope they can find a way to smooth the check in with the building management. Because it would be something that keeps me away.

Very accessable s lahat super accommodating Ng staff even the guards super bango p Ng condotel malinis kht ung unit nman facilities napakalinis super recommended..actually n recommend ko n sya s mga friends and relatives ko at kung babalik Ako Baguio same p rn ang pag stayan ko sulit tlg
