Spacious, well-kept, well equipped, clean and very nice located (near to Lidl, Eurospar, McDonalds and 15 minutes to the beach). 2 big balconies, air conditioning (unfortunately only in the saloon), toilet separated from bathroom (2 toilet seats in total, useful for families). Friendly host.

Old style building and flat (polish 1980s)

A spacious, cozy, and clean three-room apartment. We especially appreciated the two balconies, two WCs, and a kitchen with good cutlery, cookware, and everything you might need — even some groceries. The host was very hospitable and pleasant (thank you, Elvis, for the nice bonuses). There’s a Lidl close to the house. The beach is 15–20 minutes away, depending on whether you choose the nearest or the farthest one. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the old town, with half the route along the seashore. Most importantly, it feels like staying in a place your close relatives have lovingly entrusted to you — cozy, welcoming, and with genuine care for your comfort.

For those who prefer not to walk much, it may feel a bit far from both the sea and the old town.

Pas réussi à faire fonctionner la télé, pas très grave

It's a perfect apartment for practical and non-pretentious people. Huge apartment, very comfortable beds, washing machine, nice balconies etc. It doesn't have a coffee machine, but i truly recommend buying coffee from the bar downstairs (super tasty and very nice people). Lidl is also downstairs, so you can easily buy groceries and fresh bread. The owner is very nice and his mom is an amazing lady (brought us butter biscuits and fruits when we met to get the key).

It is not very clean, we cleaned some things when we arrived, but we didn't expect luxury for the price or location. Most of the furniture is very old, but it can be used. The location is practical if you want to explore the coast (near the bus station), but it is quite far from the old town (which is the only nice place in Zadar). If you are searching for a place with vacation vibes and nice views, it is probably not your choice.

The apartment is really large, confortable and clean. The home is, in fact, near the center of Zadar. Very kind Elvis and his family too
