Island house in Elika - Marathias

Beautiful, peaceful, sparkling clean and cozy. I wish I could have stayed longer. Friendly and responsive hosts.

It didn't include breakfast but ot had everything you needed to make your breakfast.

It needs WIFI

Ample space and quiet location. Reasonably easy to get to. Ample parking for rental car.

No internet, although was shown accurately on website as not having internet, just did not notice it when booking. One bathroom which is fine for two guests but not so good for 4 guests. Uninteresting view.

The house is comfortable cosy and architecturally pleasing. It has all the facilities you might need. I only had some trouble finding it (it would be a good idea if the place was marked on googlemaps under some identifiable name), but the owner helped me on the phone and the lady keeping the keys came to the main road to lead me to the house. What is more, I did a stupid thing of locking myself out on the terrace with the key inside. I went out to seek help and some neighbours contacted the aforementioned lady. Even though it was midnight, she arrived by car soon, with a smile, and opened another door to the house with another key. She also brought some tyropita (cheese pie) for me.
