Spacious & location

PDPA issue. The owner run the biz & request safety deposit into personal name. Sharing personal ID image is compulsory (only came to know the policy after full pymt made via booking.com) I've been staying at hotels & homestay. I agree if the policy is one of the hotel procedure but not by a private host who dont even have a business bank acc As for safety of others, entering the apt area itself require outsiders to present personal detail at the guard house (with cctv). I dont see any necessary for the host to keep our ID image (non authorised authority). Booking.com too has all our detail from day one of member's registration. Any damage/mess there's a deposit you can absorb as compensation too. Take this as a positive highlight to be very sensitive on personal data issue & improvement. Certain business platform require basic trust with the customer you deal
