Everything was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the hot tub, we came to Cookeville to attend our sons freshman orientation at Tennessee Tech and after a long day of activities it was nice to sit in the living room with the family and watch a movie. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Great location. Plenty of room. Hosts are top notch. We celebrated my son's college graduation. Not having to find a restaurant and being comfortable was my goal. It worked out beautifully for young and old alike
