Belvedere 4 - parking free

Hall way looks impressive then it's all down hill . Probably OK for 2 person to share but not 4 person

There was 1 three seater sofa for 4 person, really shabby and covered in an old bed sheet. Getting access to the apartment after a long train journey is complicated and badly managed, it would have taken a few minutes to be met and shown in . Poorly equipped ktn Aggressive notice on main door to remove all rubbish otherwise a fine . Smaller 2nd bedroom is a joke , lots of unusable cupboards mostly with no shelves or ex supermarket hangers . Light well with no blinds will give a constant light show all night . No provision for bedside light/ table on left side. Shower is great but do not use any other water source whilst someone is showering otherwise they'll get scolded. Basically it's a money machine which feels unloved and uncared for.

Location was excellent, 2 minutes from train station, 5 minutes from city centre. Apartment up only 1 flight of stairs. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, very good microwave with facility for grilling, oven, iron and board, hairdryer. Lovely restaurants about 10 minutes walk away in city centre.

We had to make our way to a different location about 500m away towards city centre to collect the keys, and then make our way to the apartment. Never met any staff. Instead we communicated via WhatsApp. If you want to use the washing machine, take your own detergent as it's not provided in case of allergies.( All other liquids, dishwasher tablets etc are provided). Sofa and chairs could do with renovating (stained and damaged through wear and tear.) Sofa was covered with a sheet.

Spacious apartment, perfectly clean, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The host Viviana was very warm and accommodating, with clear and detailed answers to all our questions. The parking lot in the basement of the building is also commendable, although the access is just a bit difficult, it is sufficient even for slightly larger vehicles.

Nothing worth mentioning.
