The Luna Lounge, villa with sauna

We came as a family - the house is great, we had enoug space to enjoy the evenings. It has all the amenities that you would need and more. It was warm, cosy and clean and we felt really great there. The owner was really friendly and available. The neighbourhood is friendly, calm and quiet which suited us perfectly. We enjoyed the sauna nad the fireplace and we even got to see the northern lights right from the house - just amazing (and great for smaller kids - who didn´t have to stand in the cold outside to experience it. I know that that was pure luck, but it was great anyway ;)). We would definitely come again.

We loved this villa. Everything about this place and the owners was great from the sleds outside to clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen, sauna and the fire place with the wood already inside - the whole experience was great. As we didn’t have a car, the place is located close to the bus stop few minutes from the city center. James always answered all the questions we had, explained the functionality of the fireplace and the sauna. Kitchen had everything we needed and even more.

The house is absolutely brilliant. It has a beautiful atmosphere and has all you will even need in a house and more. The fireplace and the sauna are great but what we really loved is right on the doorstep: the forrest with a hidden gem inside. If you want to know what it is, my suggestion is that you just book the villa and see for yourself :-) the locals were very surprised to see a foreigner there.. The host (James) is absolutely great. Always ready to help. He picked us up from the airport and dropped us off again. We loved the location. It is outside the city center and in nature: in a residential area (and with great neighbors). There is a supermarket on walking distance (little over 1 km). You can easily get into the city or the airport or Santa Claus village: nothing is more than 15 minutes away. Uber is available or the bus stop is around the corner. All in all: a great stay. Would be my go to place again without a second thought.

We loved our stay, pictures don't do this place justice. Lovely size property just down the road from the main town, no detail was missed here the property has everything you could want/need plus more within.

Place was clean and well prepared for us and easy to arrive and depart as we arrived very late and left very early. The fireplace and sauna were easy to use. James was helpful and brought us extra firewood during our stay. The location is out of town but a very short drive to the city center and other activities.
