By The Lake

Excellent accommodation in a tastefully renovated house facing the lake. The owner K. Diamantis is discreetlly helpful and easily contactable. Although next to a taverna you would not know as the sound proofing is perfect. Also parking on the street is easy and free. What is not to like?

To begin with Kastoria is a wonderful place not to miss visiting at any case. So beautiful all year round, super destination, excellent restaurants/meals and different most enjoyable activities. I have been in Kastoria several times, like a couple days ago. I must now say that if you have the possibility to choose by the Lake accommodation, this would be true cherry on the top for your journey. Excellent location, 5 meters from the lake shore, excellent accommodation, spacious and well designed rooms, big bathroom area, super shower area, beautiful kitchen area, and everything spotless clean. A super hands-on host, Diamantis, who will give his best for your comfort and advise you accordingly on what to do in the area well in advance and on the spot. Welcoming in-room amenities upon a arrival as well as coffee/tea facilities. Bicycles also avaiIable from the host to use upon request and availability which is amazing for touring the lake. I strongly recommend for you to rush and book this accommodation when visiting Kastoria. By all means great value for money, too! By the Lake became onwards our favorite place to lodge.
