Spacious 5-Bedroom Townhouse in the West-End

La soluzione era buona per tante persone.

Alcuni servizi non funzionavano (acqua calda in due bagni, WiFi, sciacquone del water..) ma soprattutto abbiamo segnalato più volte questi disagi e nessuno ha mai risposto. Dato che era un viaggio di lavoro ho chiesto per ben 6 volte la ricevuta della spesa del soggiorno (quasi 900 euro) e nessuno ha mai risposto. Per questo la mia valutazione è negativa!

Everything was fab!

The location was fantastic just a 10 minute walk into city centre with lots of nice little boutique shops around, and the size of the property was perfect for our get together of three couples and their kids. Also a great price.

The main upstairs bedroom, the bed was broken and it was clearly mentioned in previous reviews yet had not been fixed. The kitchen lacked cutlery, there were ten of us staying and only 5 forks. The WiFi wasn’t strong enough to hold devices for the kids to watch their tv in tablets. The tv in the living room was temperamental, we needed to switch it off at the wall and back on to force it to restart. Finally the heating was a bit strange, you can’t control it while in the property and it’s controlled remotely by the owner. So you need to contact them to turn it on, off and change the temperature. Oh one more thing, the en suite in the broken bed bedroom, need the silicone replaced in the shower desperately. Other than that… it would be great.

House was clean, dining room was lovely and all set up when we arrived. Quiet despite being a central location.

Not a child friendly property as every bedroom and bathroom is locked and requires a key pad to enter the room so very restrictive. Also difficult for anyone who struggles to remember numbers. Ended up some of our group locked out of their rooms in the night as they couldn’t remember the codes to get back in/into the bathroom. Tried to phone the host on arrival as couldn’t find the cot but they didn’t answer although responded on email. Parking is very limited and restricted to 3 hours at a time.

Verwarming werkte niet met de thermostaat. Was 16° binnen wat te fris is.
