The host is very friendly and helpful. Large terrace with a beautiful view

The flat and rooms are renovated, but the building is old. The haustor and the staircase are old, and it feels damp. Also, towels were not clean.

The property was clean, new (only inside, not the building), and good located.

The fridge is a share one for all the rooms, I would prefer a small fridge in the room.

The location is in the central area next to a large parking lot (20 euros/day) with quick access to the seafront promenade. The rooms are elegantly furnished and new, there is a common area with a kitchen and a dining room with access to two terraces above the building with a very beautiful view (the second terrace is being renovated). Due to the location in an old building, the walls are very thick and it is very quiet all the time, even if the location is in the noisy center of the city. The windows face the quiet area of the city. The host (Paolo) is wonderful and will help you in all respects and with a lot of information about the area and not only that, it is a pleasure if he has time to sit and tell stories. The room is very spacious and everything is new.

It should be noted that you will have to climb 4 levels, but Paolo will help you with your luggage if necessary. The building is a condominium and the access to the common hall is visually disturbing (it is clean, but degraded) because in such buildings it is complicated to rehabilitate the common space of the building (monument building). The breakfast is Italian type, so very simple at the moment (in the immediate vicinity you will find cafes and shops if necessary).
