Hotel Yash-Deep By Sea

Paid deposit of half the price in advance. They charged me the full price on arrival and would not refund my deposit once I proved they had received it. They even admit that they received the money and still would not refund my money so they are theives.

Location,as it was very near to the beach.

Humanity as upon arrival unavailability of water to freshen up ,but the staff demanded pending 50% amount despite arranging water hence I personally felt absence of humanity. Finally we paid the balanced amount and got a room key without water and not cleaned as we required rest.

Very bad accommodation ..Ac not working properly made complaint but no use second day water and electricity was not available,room cleaning not doing from their side if we call they will come and clean.. without Ac very difficult to sleep they are not taking seriously i made complaint many times no use. Very bad staffs.

We don't stay for even one day and we want our money back but they don't giving and the hotel is was so bad in look and in locality. There is far difference between online photo and it's in a real. Please don't stay .
