Tastefully decorated, homely feel.

Nothing to dislike. Perfect apartment

The apartment is very modern and stylish and well equipped. The location was perfect for us a stroll to bar and restaurant and supermarket. The star is the terrace large with amazing views to the mountains and the mar menor. Excellent communication from owner 10 out of 10.

The eating arrangements inside were not easy for us as they are bar stools at a high table or breakfast bar. We pointed it out to owner who agreed to supply a table lower level and chairs. However not a problem if dining Al fresco on the terrace.

Tout est parfait. Les explications pour l'arrivée et les modalités du logement étaient parfaites. Logement super équipé avec une magnifique terrasse. Le resort dispose de toutes les commodités et tout est ultra sécurisé. Nickel!!

The outside area & furniture would benefit from a deep clean. The internal floor area definitely needs a deep clean as in my opinion it had a light touch & was superficially clean. The cleaning services needs to pay more attention to conducting a good sweep / mop down throughout the hardwood floor area's. The double bed was extremely comfortable. Certain sockets throughout the dwelling did not work. The property would benefit from better dining facilities as the high level table & chair's were not ideal.

The Penthouse is in excellent condition with all modern facilities, the balcony has great seating wonderful views and an outdoor cooking area!
