"Okay, but not worth coming back"

It's spacious, the kitchen is stacked, the beds are comfortable and all provided appliances work well. The area is a bit off the road but serviced by Swiggy/Zomato. The host is responsive.

The place is a bit run down and needs better maintenance - leaky faucets, no wardrobe in one of the rooms, old and overused linen in bedrooms and towels. There's free parking but if there's multiple guests in all the apartments in the building, it gets full quickly and someone might park behind you and end up blocking you or you might end up blocking someone. The caretakers are not courteous and were rude to me for no reason, need better professional training.
