Lago di Garda VC, dimora Charme of Butterfly

Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar. Check in/ out unkompliziert.

Nur eine Badewanne als Duschmöglichkeit.

Bellissima struttura, pulita e centrale per gli spostamenti sul Lago di Garda. Host molto disponibile e gentile. Siamo stati davvero bene!

Obiekt w którym mieszkaliśmy miał wszystko co było potrzebne do życia, po prostu jak w domu. Okolice jeziora Garda przecudne.

Z mojej perspektywy człowieka który lubi wodę i aktywności z tym związane jestem zawiedziony ilością plaż z dostępę do wody.

Het appartement was ruim en schoon en de locatie was ook goed alles wat we hebben bezocht lag op maximaal 1 uur rijden. Het waterpark Riovalli lag om de hoek en is zeker een aanrader. De verhuurder appte om de paar dagen of we iets nodig hadden en reageerde snel en vriendelijk.

Het bed dat vonden we niet zo fijn.

The apartment with complete amenities for cooking, showering and laundry. The host also provided us with laundry detergent, softener and simple breakfast.

No air conditioning in the room and it made sleeping very difficult and host only provided one fan and one dehumidifier. The aircon is outside the bedroom and hardly make the room cool. The home cannot handle more than two big appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven, aircon). Only two of these can be turned on at the same time. Apartment located at 4th floor which is a big problem when you come with big luggages and no lift. The host is a very arrogant person and did not want to admit about the air conditioning issue. When confronted, he blamed us for causing the electric trip where the actual problem is with its maintenance. He also accused us for breaking a glass from his property where actually it was a glass we bought ourselves from the supermarket. He didn't even know what he has and the worst part is that he accused us for lying. We forgot to provide the city tax and when we proposed to transfer money or let us know how to pay back, he insisted that we have to go all the way back to his place and physically provide the money. We seek support from booking.com but unfortunately, the customer service refer us back to the host. The host also tried to use this missed out from our end by asking us to give good review and he would let go the city tax hence we insisted to pay the city tax as this is against integrity of an honest review. If I'm right, he will respond to this review with his denial, negative and accusing comment. Overall, I don't recommend to stay at this apartment in summer unless you are able to sleep in hot weather with just fan.

Good location, host always checked on us if we needed anything, asked for a fan and provided it the next day, clean, all facility needs were there, espresso machine, washing machine, AC, everything 🙂

Thank you so much for apartments. Everything were good, clean apartments with free parking near lake Garda and Gardaland. We have got keys from secret box. The owner has answered immidiately to us, if we have some questions.
