i loved everything but the fact that they charge you for a heating fee and the pool and jacuzzi was still cold/luke warm..other than that everything was phenomenal. i’d definitely stay again just wouldnt pay the extra pool heating fee .

The house was amazing beautiful and clean. We enjoyed that it had security at the front gate. Each bedroom was big.

Didn’t like that we payed for heated pool and bbq a week before we got there. Once we got there there was no bbq and waited over 24 hours for them to bring one but charged the same amount even though we didn’t have it for a day. We payed for heated pool for the whole stay they would turn it up really hot then turn it off and it would get colder each day until I had to asking for it to be turned up. They did turn it back up and on really hot but shut it off the next day then again it got colder each day after that. Not fair when you’re paying for the whole stay to be heated. The AC didn’t work great upstairs at night especially but downstairs worked great.
