1. Stable WiFi 2. Cleanliness 3. Friendly staff 4. Excellent setup 5. Free parking

1. Water shortage. The staff explained the reason behind it and I understood. 2. Location. Too close to the highway so I got distracted with noise coming from the road. 3. Small bed. Not suitable for family. 4. Washing machine wasn't available (though I didn't have any use for it so this wasn't a big deal).
