Omgeving. Het was een bouwplaats. Arbeiders liepen over het dak. De hele dag in de herrie.De buiten douche en toilet zat onder het stof. Wifi deed het niet. Tapijt stinkt naar schimmel.zwembad niet schoon. Afvoer verstopt. Was het geld. Niet eens voor de helft waard.

Lovely villa, clean and amazing place to return to after exploring and relax by the pool.

The location is far from ubud centre, couldn’t get a grab and too far to walk, so always needed to have a driver.

The villa is well-maintained and spacious, with elegantly decorated rooms. The exterior space is also very nice, featuring a luxurious pool. The ambiance is generally pleasant.

The only drawbacks were the noise issues in some rooms and the hot water problem. The construction site next door was quite annoying, and there was a problem with the hot water. If more than one person was showering simultaneously, one person wouldn’t have warm water. One night, 2 people out of 3 showered with cold water. Additionally, the bathrooms of two rooms were “connected”. They are attached to each other and both have openings on the ceiling, so you could hear everything from the other bathroom, which is obviously not ideal.

Located in a really nice, quiet corner of Ubud with dozens of restaurants, a great gym and lots of options for massage all within an easy 500m of the villa. The villa itself is brand new, bigger than it looks in the photos, and comfortable. Very nice visit thank you.

There is currently construction next door, it wasn't an issue and the host let me know before I arrived. Everything else was great.

The property is absolutely stunning. The decor , the pool area and the entire villa impeccable. The manager Didit and housekeeper Freddy were both lovely and had everything covered . Incredible experience at this beautiful villa.

Property is newly built and near some cafes and massage shops. Only 10mins into town with Grab scooters. Pool is massive and beds are comfortable

Construction zone - there is no photos to show you that this place is in the middle of a full construction zone. There is no driveway and there is about 15-20 tradesman on site each day from 7am-6pm. Villa has no privacy, windows only have sheet curtains so all tradesman can see right into the kitchen and lounge. Outside pool area is also facing a construction site and has small bamboo trees that aren’t fully grown to provide privacy wall. We didn’t realise how loud the construction was going to be, there are around 3 other villas being built around this current standing villa. Seemed rather than relaxing we were messaging the team to fix items in this villa. Cleaning was not up to standard, sliding door had a gap letting in mosquitos, outdoor shower water pressure was cut for a day due to tradesman cutting off services throughout the day. Shower drains do not drain water properly which caused flooding in two showers. This is also very unhygienic when the drains connect to the toilet drains. This villa would be great once the construction is completed and building issues fixed. Unfortunately when you’re walking into a construction site plus hearing that daily, seeing workmen through what was thought a private oasis makes the stay uncomfortable. Do not charge premium prices when the project isn’t completed - be transparent and show the actual photos of the job site for people to make decisions properly if they would like to stay in a construction zone.
