The whole process of getting into the apartment was a nightmare as the host kept sending promotional emails offering a discount on subsequent stays, with the details of how to actually enter the apartment hidden away at the end. Phone calls were answered by a recording. Getting out was even worse as there was no apparent way to lock the apartment door or, having left the keys inside the apartment, get out of the building because it needed a Vigik device to open the street door from the inside. We wasted an hour and a half in total because of all this.
