The property is beautiful with a breathtaking view. The house is fabulous, nicely decorated. As we were only 2 we choose the room facing the deck with a fantastic view. The location is remote and last mile somewhat challenging but getting there is rewarding. The house was clean and facilities perfect as you would imagine entering in such a property. The night was lulled by the coqui frog and the hot-tub was a morning delight. Property manager easily reachable.

So it was a surprise that the deck and hot-tub were not as well maintained as the house. My husband spend all his late afternoon (from 4pm to 9pm) to get the hot-tub working. In regular contact with the property manager, he had to restart couple times the system, going to places backstage that were not design for guest to go (machinery / pool rooms). And when it finally manages the system to reboot and work, the "cold" water and foam on the surface was a sign that we'll have to wait until the next morning to get in. During that time I was removing old black leaves from the hot-tub, due probably to the stopped system for a couple days and rain. Surprise that the host did not do a gesture (Villa with Private Pool as it was presented), for doing a job that we were not supposed to do and not just fully enjoy the property.

We loved the fact this was a secluded property and felt very private for a romantic getaway. The views from the balcony are stunning and when the sun goes down, the chorus from the coqui frogs begin. The house has everything you need for a special getaway. we enjoyed cooking, using the barbecue (which they provide the charcoal).

Nothing, it was perfect.
