Great location - close to WHP & city centre, responsive host & good facilities. Booking was smooth.

There was no bath supplies - a little bodywash would be great & Bathroom could do with a bit of a refresh and a full length mirror would be a great addition.

The location is handy. Good neighbourhood which is close to city centre and also Etihad stadium. Free parking. Nice and clean home. Good communication from the host. Easy self check-in.

One of the side window blinds in the guest bedroom was damaged and since it was facing the street, the light from the street lamp was disturbing my sleep a bit. The garden could be better maintained. But seemed like the whole neighborhood had overgrown grass and hedges in the front garden and pavements. Wonder if the garden maintenance team was on holiday or strike.

Neighbourhood is calm & cozy. Suitable for family

First day upon arrival is a bit hot (due to summer). Coming from Malaysia, we used to have air conditioning in our house. So we are thinking of having AC or at least fan would be additional plus point to the property. Lucky for us, 2nd day onwards, the weather treated us very well😁

The property felt very homely. Easy check in, with great communication from the host. Private parking which is always a bonus when staying in a city! A Very warm, clean and well represented property. Would most definitely book again ☺️

There’s nothing we can say we didn’t like

We literally booked a few hours before and yet the place was all ready for us!! It was really pleasant and tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed! The heating was on and the place was toasty and warm!
