Hotel - Hostel Atuvera

The Host was very friendly and helpfull. The Hotel had a lift and a little cafe where to get breakfast. We had some trouble with our luggage and they went out of therir way to make sure we were going to be okay. The room was spotless and had everything you could need. The location was great, right in the centre of the old town. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location. Breakfast was a lot of food and dinner was very good. Waitress/reception was excellent and very caring.

This is a very sweet, small, modest family-run hotel in Santo Domingo. The staff are lovely, they have breakfast in the morning (early too!). A great deal. Good for pilgrims and non-pilgrims.

Extremely kind, attentive, and helpful staff (owners, perhaps?) — as other reviewers mentioned, the care they take with their hotel and their guests is evident (and appreciated!). The room and bathroom were as expected, comfortable, and clean. It was easy to enter and exit the property and room with the hotel room key card. The location at the start of Calle Mayor in old town, and along the Camino, was great.
